The pamphlet contains full stats, motivations, and 8 rumors and opinions to help set up your players for various adventures set in Stennard.
This NPC appears in Around the Common Fire pamphlet, but here he is full fleshed out to clearly place him as a potential friend or foil for the PCs. And for a group that is hesitant to rush off into danger, he is a voice of clarity.
